When chefs run out of ideas or things to add in the pot they throw big chops of bell peppers into the mix. All 3 colors. red/yellow/green.....I don't remember yellow bell peppers back in the 80's. I havent fully decided yet on whether or not I like bell peppers or not...I have mixed feelings about them. what ever...
If you're a chef (or) blog reader. please do not take this personal or serious.
Have a nice day

I grew up in a time of cultural shock and evolution. To me, the 80's was a mild recreation of the 60's. -The New Wave-
For those of you who are around my age(32) maybe older might remember a time when Chicken Nuggets were being introduced unto the world. I was in the 3rd grade and chicken nuggets was the craze. When they first came out it was very expensive. $3.75 - 4.25 can get you a 3-piece at most places that were serving. It was Bull$h*t...
My supporting facts:
The chicken nugget was invented in the 1950s by Robert C. Baker, a food science professor at Cornell University, and published as unpatented academic work. [citation needed] Dr. Baker's innovations made it possible to form chicken nuggets in any shape. McDonald's is often falsely credited with the invention of the chicken nugget. However, its recipe for Chicken McNuggets was created in 1979 and the product was sold beginning in 1983.
Please note:
In the 1982 feature film "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" starring: Sean Penn, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Judge Reinhold. They actually mention the transition of mall restaurants(food court) having and (not) having chicken nuggets.
Have nice day.
